Reimagine: Engage with books and media that make a difference

Join us via Zoom to discuss activism, diversity and how to actually create change in our community!

This month, Reimagine will look at LGBTQ history with a focus on transgender awareness.  We will discuss A Queer History of the United States by Michael Bronski accompanied by Beyond the Gender Binary by Alok Vaid-Menon.

Focusing on a specific issue and books or films related to that topic each month, every Reimagine meeting examines social issues and promotes discussion about actively creating change in our community and our world. Reimagine is moderated by Nyx Hauth, who identifies as a nonbinary POC and has experience working with various activist organizations on issues such as climate change, mental health, LGBTQ rights and student debt. All are welcome to join!
